We have all had our cultural  shocks when we came to the Netherlands. Some bigger, some just a slight feeling that something is different. Having lived and worked in 8  different countries so far, I have experienced those differences and  also similarities and got very passionate about intercultural communicaton and teamwork. And that´s what I would love to share with  you.

We will learn about where cultural differences and miscommunication come from, some of the theory behind it and understand where your own  cultural values differ from others. And most importantly we can share  our stories with each other and together think about ways to overcome  our personal cultural challenges.
